We all make mistakes, no problem! If you entered the wrong shipping address just let us know a.s.a.p. and as long as we haven’t shipped your order we’ll be able to change it.
Don’t forget to give us your order number!
I’d like to exchange a product!
Ordered the wrong item by accident? Be sure to contact us a.s.a.p. We’ll try to change the order for you, be sure to send us your order number.
Once you’ve received the shipment it’s no longer possible to exchange an item, you’ll have to return it to us and order the correct product again.
How can I return my order(s)?
Are you not satisfied with your product(s) and would you like to exchange or return them? You can register your return with us within 30 days of receipt, after which you have 14 days to actually return the package.
Returning items will always be free of charge. A return starts in your account: Log in, go to the order you want to return and click on the “Return” button. We will then be notified and will email you a return label as soon as possible.
The rest of the steps are explained in the email. As soon as we receive the shipment, you will receive the money back into your account within 14 days.
If you have not returned the item within 14 days of receiving the return label, the return notification will automatically expire.
